Our History

Our roots go back to the creation of the Ulster Leadership Development Initiative program in 1993 by the Ulster Regional Chamber of Commerce. Since then, the program has graduated over 500 local workers, who have benefited from direct exposure to dozens of successful entrepreneurs, leaders and officials. In 2014, the Ulster Chamber Foundation was created as a 501(c)3 organization. As a well established Community Leadership Program, we aspire to provide regional programming that addresses leaderships at all levels while continuing to foster and expand community connections.
